I’ve been with the agency for over 18 years and have worn many hats in the company. My tenure and experience has allowed me to not only understand the ins-and-outs of insurance, but also to service hundreds of families regarding their protection needs. I can help you protect the things that are important – your family, home, car, boat and more.
As your agent, I can help you understand how the choices you make – such as the car you drive – affect your insurance rate. I’m committed to helping you get the appropriate level of protection and make it easy to do business with us.
I have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, working in numerous states. I have a passion for helping my clients understand insurance and protect themselves and their family. Over the last 20 years, I have seen some devastating losses, and I am committed to making sure clients are covered properly so they can continue to live the life they have worked so hard to create.
I grew up in Southern Georgia and later moved to North Carolina. In 2010 Ohio became my home. I love it here! I am crazy passionate about home décor and remodeling. The weekends are for food, family, friends, football and camp fires!
Finally, I enjoy reading and writing poetry, and I have the heart for helping survivors of domestic violence regain their lives.
I have been in the insurance industry for 20 years. I enjoy talking to people and helping any way I can to take care of their insurance needs.
I grew up in Broadview Hts, OH. I enjoy my Grandchildren and spending as much time with them as I can. I also enjoy camping with my family and working on my latest quilting projects. During the weekends I like gardening and reading a good book.

After working in sales for most of my career, I am now moving over to customer service.
I don’t believe that we just sell a product…I think of us as people who manage everyday risk and our job is to take a look at everything you own and recommend the most effective way to protect it.
I grew up right here in Brunswick OH and graduated from Brunswick High School.
I am a huge football fan at all levels from High School to College to the NFL.
I enjoy spending the weekends with family and friends, especially sporting events and concerts.
Almost every weekend you can find me and my son in a movie theater. We are big fans of the movies!

I’m relatively new to the insurance industry. I started out in insurance, about a year ago, as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, I have transitioned to Brenda States Insurance Agency, as a Customer Service and Retention Specialist. I am enjoying the experience overall and can’t wait to see my career blossom!
What excites me most is, I can build relationships with others! I still have a lot to learn in this industry, but with the skills and knowledge I have acquired over the years in Retail Banking and Customer Service – I feel well equipped to contribute my skills to the agency!

I really enjoy music! There’s nothing like a great tune to get you in the grove! If I am not working, you can find me with my children outdoors. Summer time is our favorite! We enjoy going to trail walks, the beach, parks, etc. A guilty pleasure of mine is Adidas shoes! I can’t get enough of them! If I see a pair I like, I must have them. 🙂
I am passionate about many non-profit organizations. The one I contribute to most is the No Kids Go Hungry Organization. Being a mother myself, I have grown a soft spot for organizations that help children in need!
I started in the insurance industry 34 years ago. In 2000, I became a Personal Financial Representative. The best part about putting a retirement, college or life insurance plan together is when you get to see it work.
I like to travel and go walking or biking to see the local sites and restaurants. I also enjoy a relaxing day watching a baseball game and volunteering with our local Meals on Wheels chapter.
